The BRIO offers upscale loft apartments with thoughtful amenities like access to a light fitness facility, a large co-working space, and community lounge.


The BRIO logo was designed to reflect the modern style of the building as well as to give a nod to the historical Rose District. Colors were chosen to match elements of the commercial building and thought was given to use in all mediums from social media to signage.


The goal of the BRIO website was to entice people to want to live with modern convenience and entertainment in the heart of the Broken Arrow Rose District. The call to action was to get people to apply for an apartment online.

Results: The website displays their upscale, beautiful apartments in the heart of the Rose District. They were able to set up tours online through their website to book out the units.
